Suggestion Info: When using a skill against the monster, it shows the monster is using the skill instead

Confirmed using Wanderer, arrow strafe on monster shows as follow:
<monster> used Arrow Strafe

AOE skill severe rainstorm shows as follow with blank name:
cast Severe Rainstorm

Will look into it as this might affect on client side only. Will check on langtype as well.
